The process to apply for an apartment is as follows

1) Each adult planning to live in an apartment must complete LANMAR's application.

2) Applicants must go to the LANMAR office with the following information ...
    a) The filled-in application
    b) Non-expired photo ID
    c) Most recent proof of income (i.e. pay stubs, proof of self-employment, etc.)

3) Full month's Security deposit and first months rent due at signing

4) Electric service (if applicable) must be transfered over prior to receiving apartment keys
